Thank you for supporting my small business and to allowing me to be a part of your Physical Therapy and Wellness care. Please note the following updates effective June 15, 2026.

Please utilize the online scheduling/portal system as your first means of scheduling and rescheduling appointments. If you are unable to access your profile, please request a password/username reset.

With the rising costs of business operations, you will note a subtle increase in all services which is reflected in the services menu.

Credit card processing fees will be applied to transactions made by credit card. To avoid this fee, you are welcome to pay by cash, check, or Venmo.

Lastly, the annual Functional Dry Needling Fee will increase to $35.

Dr. Jessica Sander Peden DPT

Dr. Jessica Peden, DPT, graduated from the University of Delaware Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in 2005. Dr. Peden creates an in-depth PT and wellness approach to address the root cause of each client’s impairment, and provides comprehensive care by incorporating mind, body, and spiritual well-being. She has many skill sets, including Myofascial Decompression, Functional Dry Needling, Raggi Method of Postural Re-balancing, Yoga, and Pelvic Health specialties.
